VIP ADMISSION (21+)

VIP ticket holders (21+) will receive a two day pass to Wheatstock with access to our VIP area that includes a private bar, an elevated viewing stage, 4 complimentary drinks (cocktails, beer, & wine), air conditioned restrooms, and complimentary happy hour with hors d'oeuvres! To get your VIP bracelet and neck pass, bring the ID that matches your ticket purchase and check-in at the VIP area upon entry. Bracelets and neck passes are non-transferrable and must be on and visible at all times in the VIP area.

CAMPING

RV camping is SOLD OUT. CAMPING PASSES ARE REQUIRED FOR RV'S! We will have several reserved camping areas and RV parking will be on a first come, first serve basis. There is FREE tent camping at the park (refer to map on FAQ page for location). Unfortunately, hookups are not available so plan accordingly.  RV's are allowed to start parking on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 8AM. Patrons are allowed to leave the arena to visit their camp sites up until 7:00pm.  ABSOLUTELY NO FIRES ALLOWED! ABSOLUTELY NO SPOT SAVING!

LOCATION

Helix, Oregon is located only 15 beautiful miles outside of Pendleton, Oregon and 20 miles from Walla Walla, Washington!

 

TRAVEL DIRECTIONS

From Pendleton: Take Highway 11 towards Walla Walla. Turn Left on Helix Highway approximately 6 miles outside of Pendleton.  When you get to Helix, head for the grain elevators in the distance. You can't miss it.

From Walla Walla: Take Highway 11 towards Pendleton. Turn right on Helix Highway approximately 6 miles before Pendleton. When you get to Helix, head for the grain elevators in the distance. You can't miss it!

RE-ENTRY

Patrons may leave and re-enter Wheatstock UP UNTIL 7:00PM. After 7:00pm there will be no re-entry into the show BOTH Friday AND Saturday. Please plan accordingly. You will receive a bracelet upon initial entry - you must have that bracelet on to re-enter at ANY time before 7pm. An already scanned ticket will not get you in again - you must have your original bracelet on. 2-day pass holders will get a new bracelet upon their first entry on Friday and Saturday.

APPROVED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS

YES - Camping chairs, medical bags, and diaper bags (with child only), clear bags up to 12"x6"x12" or small non-clear purses no larger than 6"x9"

NO - Firearms or weapons of any kind (including those with concealed weapons permits), wagons, large bags, canopies & umbrellas, camera bags, outside food and drink, outside alcohol, flasks, coolers, and professional cameras.

ALL BAGS, PURSES, CHAIR BAGS, AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT A PERSON IS CARRYING ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION UPON ENTRY.

TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

Wheatstock 2024 is SOLD OUT and there will be NO tickets available at the gate. We have never seen a scalper at Wheatstock so do not count on being able to scalp tickets.

LASTLY, DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW! 

Kids 12 and under and active military with a current ID get in free REGARDLESS of sold out status.   

 

WRISTBANDS

Patrons will be given a wristband when arriving at the ticket gate. You must have this wristband on at all times during the festival.  21 & over wristbands will be necessary to purchase alcoholic beverages or enter the beer garden area.  

 

SECURITY

There will be onsite security and Umatilla County Sheriff's on patrol at Wheatstock. Please be on your best behavior and help us maintain a great family environment.

 

OUTSIDE FOOD, WATER, & ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

No outside food, coolers, or personal alcoholic beverages will be allowed inside the arena. We will have FREE water available for all attendees!

 

ON SITE FOOD

Don't worry, we won't let you down when it comes to good grub. We will have four great food truck vendors on site slinging the best viddles around.

 

WEATHER

We rock RAIN OR SHINE so bring a jacket and the Woodstock spirit. No refunds for inclement weather. Sorry!!

 

PETS

Sorry, we all love our pets but please leave them at home or at your camp. 

 

TICKET REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

No refunds - ALL ticket sales are final. Artists are subject to change without notice and the show goes on rain or shine. Our ticketing philosophy is that attendees are purchasing tickets to Wheatstock Music Festival and not to "xyz's show." Please note that the proceeds from Wheatstock are donated to two great causes and we thank you for helping us give back to Veterans of war and local youth!
